Nain Mirabel Yuh is an award-winning Africa Evidence Leader and mid-level research fellow with over eight years of experience advancing evidence-informed decision-making in fragile and non-fragile environments. As the Program Manager for Gender, Equity & Inclusion at eBASE, she currently leads a project that implements WHO guidelines for people with disabilities at household and community levels. She is an active member of the GIN Africa Community, Accelerated Guidelines, and Multimorbidity working groups, contributing to global conversations on evidence-based practices.
A certified JBI systematic reviewer and methods trainer, Nain is also a Covidence ambassador and MAXQDA researcher with extensive expertise in systematic reviews, qualitative research, and evidence synthesis. She has trained numerous students and early-career professionals, empowering them to apply systematic review methodologies using JBI and Covidence tools.
Nain’s dedication to promoting evidence use in development has garnered her widespread recognition, including the Africa Evidence Leadership Award (2021) by the Africa Evidence Network and recognition as a Digital Changemaker by World Pulse (2022). She is also an experienced trainer for the eBASE Junior League, where she fosters evidence-based practice among the next generation of researchers.
