Our new GIN Journal is open for submissions!
We are extremely proud to announce the launch of GIN’s open access journal – Clinical and Public Health Guidelines; the only peer-reviewed, international journal dedicated to the science and methodology of planning, developing, adapting and implementing guidelines.
GIN has partnered with Wiley, a knowledge company and global leader in research, publishing and knowledge solutions, on this latest venture.
Dr Iván Flórez, has been appointed as our first Editor-in-Chief. Ivan is an experienced Paediatrician, with a master’s in clinical Epidemiology, and a Ph.D. in Health Research Methodology from McMaster University. Iván’s current roles include, Professor at the Department of Paediatrics at University of Antioquia, Colombia, and Assistant Professor at McMaster University, as well as being a practising intensive care paediatrician. He is also the current Leader of the AGREE Collaboration, the Director of Cochrane Colombia, and is a founding member of the Colombia GRADE network. Over the last decade his research has focused on developing methods for improving practice guidelines and evidence synthesis methods and implementation.
