Heath White is the Director of Evidence and Methods at the Australian Living Evidence Collaboration, based at Cochrane Australia, Monash University. Prior to this, he was the Evidence Lead at the Australian Clinical Evidence Taskforce (formerly the National COVID-19 Clinical Evidence Taskforce) and the Australian Living Diabetes Guidelines program.

He has been involved in secondary evidence synthesis and clinical guideline development for almost fifteen years within organisations such as Cochrane Australia, the Australian National Health and Medical Research Council, JBI (formerly the Joanna Briggs Institute) and the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, and is currently undertaking his PhD focused on the use of non-clinical evidence-based information in updating living guidelines.

Heath is the Chair of the GIN Updating and Living Guidelines Working Group, a member of the GINAHTA and GIN-ANZ Steering Committees, sits on the GIN membership committee and the Editorial Board of the GIN journal Clinical and Public Health Guidelines, and is an investigator on the AGREE III project, focused on updating and extending the AGREE II checklist to encompass living guidelines.
