The GIN Board is committed to making our conference as accessible as possible for active GIN members and has put a budget aside to fully support three members from low or lower-middle income countries to fully participate in the conference.

The grant will cover flights to Geneva, accommodation, registration and visa fees.

Active members of GIN are invited to apply for a grant to attend the GIN 2025 conference in Geneva this September.  Only members both living and working/studying in a LMIC are eligible.

The applications will be assessed on the following basis:

  1. The quality of the contents of the application and the grounds for application
  2. How engaged the applicant is with GIN:  whether they are a member of a working group, regional community, sub-committee, or task force of the network and how long they have been a member
  3.  How many and the type of abstracts submitted by the applicant have been accepted.

Priority will be given to new applicants, who have not previously benefitted from GIN support.

All paperwork and information has been sent to our LMIC members via email. If you have not received this please let us know.

Completed applications must be submitted to Joanne Georgeson, Membership Manager at membership_manager@g-i-n.net by 12 noon GMT on Wednesday 26 February 2025.

Good luck in your application – we hope to meet you in Geneva!
