What’s the most valuable thing you can give as a leader?

To mark the 115th celebration of International Women’s Day, we also asked GIN’s female Board members – Roberta James, Miranda Langendam, Ina Kopp, and Nain Yuh – to share insights about their experiences as female leaders in their fields.
Through personal stories from their careers, they shared honest reflections on the challenges they’ve faced, the lessons they’ve learned, and what empowers women to step forward and lead.
Their insights are a powerful reminder that representation, support, and determination all play a role in opening doors for the next generation of women leaders.
