Registration Cancellation

  • Registration cancellations received via email at the GIN 2026 Conference Secretariat’s email address, gin2026@g-i-n.net by Friday 17th July 2026, will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a £50 administrative fee (as per policy).
  • Cancellations received after Friday 17th July 2026, will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. Email gin2026@g-i-n.net to make any changes.
  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance at the conference.
  • If you require a visa to travel to Malaysia, we advise that you allow sufficient time to apply. In the event that your visa is declined, your registration fee will be refunded.
  • In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, no associated costs such as travel and accommodation etc. will be refunded by GIN.
  • Please note that it is the responsibility of the individual delegate to have appropriate insurance in place.
