From Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur

This should be particularly convenient for delegates staying at Traders Hotel. The hotel is directly connected to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, with all-weather access at both the Ground Floor and Level 3. Ballroom 2 is located on Level 3, and the KLCC floor plan shows the Traders Hotel connection on the same level as Ballroom 2. Delegates can therefore walk directly from Traders Hotel into the Convention Centre and follow the signs to the Ballroom/Grand Ballroom area on Level 3.

By e-hailing / Grab

Delegates travelling by Grab or other e-hailing services should enter “KL Convention Centre – Main Entrance” as the destination. The designated drop-off is at the Centre’s Main Entrance facing Jalan Pinang.

By LRT

Take the Kelana Jaya Line to KLCC LRT Station. From the station, proceed through Suria KLCC and use the pedestrian tunnel on the Concourse Level, which connects directly to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

By MRT

Delegates may use the Putrajaya Line and alight at either Conlay MRT Station or Persiaran KLCC MRT Station. From Conlay, the Centre can be reached via Jalan Kia Peng; from Persiaran KLCC, delegates can walk through KLCC Park.

Parking

Parking is available at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre basement car park. Alternative parking is also available at the nearby open-air car parks beside Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur and Menara ExxonMobil, as well as the Suria KLCC basement car park. Delegates parking at Suria KLCC can access the Convention Centre via the pedestrian tunnel.
