The Guidelines International Network (GIN) is delighted to announce the appointment of Daniela Carl as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Daniela brings extensive experience in business development, commercial strategy, society publishing, partnerships, and global membership leadership. She has worked across research and education networks, learned societies, and membership organisations — leading initiatives that foster collaboration, strengthen engagement, create impact and ensure organisational sustainability.
Most recently, as Interim Executive Officer at GIN, Daniela led strategic initiatives to enhance operational and financial resilience and to advance GIN’s mission of improving the development and use of health guidelines worldwide. Prior to this, she served as Deputy CEO of a global learned society in the social sciences and worked as a management consultant, supporting a range of membership organisations through targeted growth strategies and impactful internationalisation initiatives.
Passionate about equity, inclusion, and sustainability, Daniela is committed to delivering value-driven solutions and driving sustainable growth. Her professional experience spans more than 30 countries.
