Adrienne Stevens is based at the Public Health Agency of Canada in Ottawa. She is the methods manager and lead guideline methodologist for Canada’s National Immunization Technical Advisory Group (NITAG), the National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI). Her prior guideline experiences include serving as a methodologist for Cancer Care Ontario’s Program in Evidence-based Care, as the Scientific Lead for the Ottawa Evidence Review and Synthesis Centre supporting the Canadian Task Force on Preventative Health Care, and as a member of the MacGRADE methodology team. She recently led the methodological development of the Agency’s Scientific Framework for Guidance Development, a principles-based approach for how science should inform the development of Agency guidance, and its accompanying Toolkit. She has a PhD in Epidemiology.
