Miyoung Choi is a Research Fellow and the Director of the Clinical Evidence Research Team at the National Evidence-based Healthcare Collaborating Agency (NECA), the government-run Health Technology Assessment (HTA) agency in Korea. Her work centers on HTA research, developing clinical practice guidelines, and advancing methodologies that support evidence-based policy decisions.

Dr. Choi also leads the NECA GRADE Center, reflecting her dedication to advancing high-quality guideline development. With over 18 years of experience in medical and public health research, she is widely recognized as an expert in HTA and the development of clinical practice guidelines in Korea. Her work at NECA plays a crucial role in supplying robust scientific evidence to inform government policy, ensuring healthcare resources are used efficiently, and improving public health outcomes in Korea. Dr. Choi is keen to expand her expertise and contributions to the international evidence-based healthcare community.
