The Guidelines International Network (GIN) is a company limited by guarantee that does not have a share capital. It is established under The Companies Act 1985 (UK legislation).

Registered as a Scottish Charity number SC034047

As such, governance arrangements are addressed in its Memorandum and Articles of Association incorporated on 10th February 2003 and amended on 5th December 2005, on 3rd November 2009, 25th August 2010, 18th August 2013 and 20th August 2014.
