Nancy Santesso, RD, MLIS, PhD is Associate Professor in the Department of Health Research Methods, Evidence and Impact at McMaster University, Canada, and a Registered Dietitian. She is the Deputy Director of Cochrane Canada, an editor of the Cochrane Consumers and Communication Review Group, and member of Cochrane GRADEing. Nancy has worked with many national and international organisations to facilitate guideline development. She also provides training in systematic reviews and guideline development. She led the GIN Public Toolkit chapter for “How to find and use research on patient and public views” in guidelines. Her research interests include systematic review and guideline development methods, and communicating evidence to the public and patients.
